Our is the most modern plant in the world for manufacturing of Epoxy Moulded Components. The equipment is used to process a pre-formulated resin & hardner system on epoxy resin. The two constituents are homogeneously mixed by a static flow mixture & ready cast resin compound is fed to the clamping machines through heatable/coolable compound line. All vessels & pipes containing material are provided with a double wall for heating /cooling with a heat transferring medium.This heating methods ensure very homogeneous heating. Filling of the mould is done automatically. The equipment is provided with “On-The-Fly” degassing technology. This is the most advanced technology.

Numbers of air circulating ovens are available for preheating of the moulds & assemblies curing & post curing of the components. All the ovens are fitted with microprocessor based temperature scanners & recorders.

Right from the beginning of the production process we leave nothing to chance. Our resin processing is guided & monitored by computer, thus granting an absolutely consistent quality of the materials.
